Easter at home doesn’t mean you have to give up on indulgence. Our tip from the chef for a sweet finish to Easter brunch: chocolate pancakes with berries!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
400 g flour
750 ml milk
5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
Handful of berries
Chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. mix eggs, sugar & milk together
2. stir in flour, pinch of salt & cocoa powder
3. fry the pancakes in a very hot pan.
4. garnish with chocolate chips and berries
